Mastering the Digital Workflow & Archiving Workshop

Storytelling and archiving are essential to every photographer’s practice. This workshop helps Leica photographers build a practical, future-proof workflow that secures their images and ensures their stories live on. Through hands on guidance, participants will learn how to strengthen their post-shoot process, from digital workflow to archiving.

The Intimate Frame - Photographing Family Stories

What We Offer

Destination Workshops

Immersive photography workshops set in culturally rich destinations in Asia. These programs encourage participants to sharpen their storytelling practice in dynamic environments, guided by mentorship, local context, and peer exchange. The focus is on creating meaningful work while engaging deeply with place and community.

Photobook Residency

A week-long intensive residency for photographers with an existing body of work. Over the course of the program, participants refine their narratives, edit with precision, and design their projects into a fully developed book dummy. By the end of the residency, each photographer leaves with a tangible prototype, ready to present to publishers, festivals, or photo book grant opportunities.

Digital Workflow

A hands-on program designed to help photographers establish efficient and professional digital practices. Covering file management, metadata, backup strategies, and long-term storage solutions, the workshop equips participants with smoother workflows and well-organised archives that remain accessible, searchable, and secure.

Photography & Editing

This workshop focuses on both the act of photographing and the critical process of editing. Through assignments, group discussions, and sequencing exercises, participants learn how to build stronger visual narratives and present cohesive projects. The emphasis is on developing a sharper eye for storytelling and structure.
